BETHANY COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS

Also known as the GFWC-WVFWC, it is a part of the General Federation of Woman's Clubs and the West Virginia Federation. They meet at 6:30 p.m. on the third Monday of each month at Bethany Memorial Church from Sept. thru May.
Christian Women's Fellowship
Gets together at Noon on the 1st Wednesday every month at the Bethany Memorial Church. New members are welcome.
Bethany Book Club
Membership is made-up of women from the area. They meet the last Tuesday of each month. Meetings are held in the members' homes. A woman leads members in a review of a book of her choice.
Eastern Star
Eastern Star meets at 7:30 p.m. on the 2nd Thursday of each month year round at the Masonic Building on Main Street.
Masons
The Masons meet on the 1st Tuesday of each month all the year at the Masonic Building on Main Street.
4-H
Meetings are the first Monday of every month at the Bethany Memorial Church at 7 p.m.
Bethany Community Recreation Association
Every spring the Bethany Community Recreation Association sends correspondence to homes for a donation, usually $15. The donations cover the cost of replacing picnic tables, maintaining shelters and fields, purchasing playground equipment, and the money funds general upkeep.
