Health & Wellness Center​

The Health and Wellness Center at Bethany is a community-campus endeavor made possible through the cooperative efforts of Bethany College, Brooke County Health Department, Wheeling Hospital, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and a HUD grant.

 

The Center is located on the campus of Bethany College. It provides the college and community with health education outreach, wellness programs and limited medical services (mostly nursing).

 

The Center includes 9,000 square feet of floor space. It houses 14 service areas on one level and includes medical examination rooms, lecture, computer rooms and offices.

 

The Center's mission is to empower people to achieve excellence in lifelong wellness.  The mission is addressed by providing health and wellness services in an academic setting. There exists a cultivation of learning, social responsibility and human dignity.
